Disc On 6th
The Story
Disc On 6th opened in 2021 at 6th Avenue Park in Midvale, filling a need for accessible disc golf in the Murray/Midvale corridor of the Salt Lake Valley. The 9-hole course was designed as a beginner-friendly layout with well-maintained grass fairways and mature shade trees throughout the park. Mandos were added to increase the challenge and shot variety, preventing the course from becoming repetitive.
The course is sponsored by Grip6, a Utah-based belt and accessories company. Despite being a short 9-hole layout, it has drawn over 1,200 UDisc ratings and is popular as a quick-play or practice course. Reviewers consistently note its value as a place to work on midrange accuracy and putter approach shots. The park setting means disc golfers share space with other park users, which can create congestion on busy weekends.

What Players Say
Solid park-style 9 hole track. Fun/challenging mandos come into play on many holes. Grassy park with mature trees throughout. Nicely maintained. Short & sweet. Wish it was 18. Worth a visit if you're in the area or looking for something new.
It's nice for an open little 9 hole. Enough variety with the mandatories to keep it from being the same shot over and over. Short and will be very beginner friendly. A much needed addition to the area to take pressure off of other local courses.
Nice little park course! love the little sand traps surrounding some of the baskets. Roll-away friendly!
Great signs and course flow with a variety of shots including mandos. Great nine hole course.
Short 9 hole course with lots of mandos. Good to work on touchy fairway driver shots. Plays around a park with short maintained grass throughout. Dog friendly. Expect a hole or two to be blocked by other park goers on weekends.
Maintenance
The course is located within a city park maintained by Midvale City. Disc golf infrastructure includes baskets and mando markers. Some tee pads are missing or inconsistent. The park grass is well-maintained and lush throughout the playing season.
